Flemming Hansen

Flemming Hansen, born in 1955 in Denmark. Flemming received his basic banking training with Danske Bank during 1973-79. Thereafter he joined Nykredit in Denmark, the diversified financial services group, and later on, in 2007 Landsbanki Luxembourg.

During a total of 27 years with Nykredit he initially covered a wide range of mortgage finance activities within residential-, manufacturing- and corporate real estate, incl property valuation. Thereafter, in 1988, he switched to Nykredit’s corporate banking division as senior account officer for some of the large Danish corporates. During 1995-2006 Flemming was assigned as a senior private banker for the VIP clients in Copenhagen and then later on one of the founders of Nykredit’s wealth management services for UNHWI, with a particular emphasis on tax efficient structures, Investment advice, pension planning, generational shifts and real estate.

Flemming holds a business academy diploma (‘Merkonom’) as a certified real estate agent in Denmark and has a vast network of business contacts within the legal, audit and real estate professions. Flemming joined iadvisors in Luxembourg in July 2009.
